One of us brings a wealth of real-world operational experience, having commanded teams during the evacuation of Afghanistan, where decisions had to be made fast and communication had to be clear where the situation changed by the hour. More recently, he was entrusted to lead the protection of the UK Prime Minister, members of the Royal Family, and senior government officials in high-threat environments, building a deep understanding of risk, ownership and composure under pressure.

Whilst the other began her career as an aircraft technician, developing a deep technical understanding of complex systems where precision is non-negotiable. She moved into air traffic control, operating in an environment of zero risk tolerance and absolute assurance, before going on to lead training and assurance across military air operations, building the frameworks that held others to that same uncompromising standard.
